Plathea is developed by Promethea S.r.l., an Italian company based in Trieste. We build management software for the restaurant industry: complete, hardware-free, with clear pricing.

Our mission

A complete management system, no compromises

Too many restaurants work with disconnected tools: a cash register on one side, a spreadsheet for food cost, a booking portal that keeps commissions, a website nobody updates. We created Plathea to bring everything together in a single system, accessible from any device, with no dedicated hardware.

We believe restaurant technology should be clear about pricing, respectful of its users' data and free of constraints: no multi-year contract, no recorder to buy, no commission on covers.
