This is the restaurant profile: presence on the platform, not a plan. You get found, and to work inside the app you pick one of the three plans.

The AI assistant works on the free profile too: it is paid per use, with credits, and does not depend on the plan.

The boundary

What stays closed

Online bookings, floor and tables, orders and tickets, stock and suppliers, food cost, takings, loyalty, promotions and the fiscal till are in the plans. Whoever finds you on the free profile calls you: the public page has no "Book" button, no "Follow" and no in-app messages — phone and email stay. Inside the app the features you do not have are closed and say which plan opens them: nothing switches itself on and nothing is charged without you choosing it.

Create your account
You sign up with your Promethea Account: one identity for the whole ecosystem. No credit card.

Add the restaurant
From your profile you create the venue: name, type of cuisine, address. It is born free already, with no timed trial to start.

Fill in the page
Add menu, opening hours, photos, phone and email. Once the page is complete, guests find you by searching and on the map.

And when you want to work inside the app?

Pick one of the three plans, whenever you like: there is no expiry deciding for you. What you have already put in — menu, opening hours, photos, details — stays as it is and you find it in the plan. And if one day you stop paying you do not disappear: you go back to the free profile and your page stays visible.

FAQ

Questions about the free profile

Does the free profile expire?

No. There is no expiry date and no countdown: the restaurant profile stays free as long as you want it. The plans are for when you want to work inside the app, not when you want to try.

Do I need a credit card?

No. To create the profile we ask for no payment method and charge nothing. The card is only needed on the day you pick a plan.

Can guests book on the free profile?

No. On the public page of a restaurant on the free profile there is no "Book" button: phone and email stay, and guests call you. Online bookings start from the Essential plan.

Is my restaurant visible without a plan?

Yes, and that is the point: the public page is there and guests find you by searching and on the map. Who is visible is up to you alone, through the "show on the platform" switch: the plan does not touch visibility.

If I cancel a plan, do I lose everything?

No. You go back to the free profile and your page stays visible. The bookings you already took, past and future, you can still see — you no longer manage them from the app, and the guest can always cancel their own. The data you put in stays, and you find it again the day you reactivate a plan.

Are the website and the fiscal till included in the free profile?

No. The fiscal till is an add-on and needs a plan: on the free profile it cannot be bought or used. The website is included in the Business plan or bought separately; if you have already bought it, it stays yours on the free profile too.
